We are looking for an experienced F&B Outlet Manager to be based in Saudi Arabia.

JOB OVERVIEW

  1. Ensure the restaurant is a pleasant place to take a break and enjoy excellent food choice.
  2. Fully accountable for the profit and loss of this business unit and to achieve the budget goals set.
  3. To achieve the customer satisfaction goals.
  4. Steer the performance in your area of operations towards maximized sales and optimized long-term profit by applying sales methods.
  5. Ensure the implementation of the sales objectives defined in the company food & beverage sales budget, and set standards for the operating procedures in the areas under your responsibility.
  6. Stay in contact with the international guidelines provided by the company food services regarding range and supplier set up.
  7. Ensure optimal use of external service suppliers and authorities in your area of responsibility.
  8. Ensure that the health and safety of visitors and staff meets all local standards and regulations and exceeds standards like HACCAP*, SEC Checks and ISO22000.
  9. Ensure that the company staff restaurant is in a pleasant and relaxing environment offering self-serve of a range of nourishing meals based on the local food culture at a low price.
  10. Maintain basic knowledge of the local restaurant market and in-depth knowledge of the competition on the market. Use this information to determine short and long-term goals, especially to secure the low-price.
  11. Involved in the internal marketing of the company food & beverages, in cooperation with the marketing and communication & interior.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Strong interest and knowledge of the food service industry.
  2. Minimum of 5-7 years food service management experience, preferably in a high volume restaurant/café/self-serve business or in 3-5-star hotel.
  3. Diploma in culinary arts is considered an additional plus.
  4. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
  5. Understanding of basic accounting and P&Ls.
  6. Open to Arabic & Western nationals only.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary will reflect experience level and interview performance. As a guideline, between 11-17k SAR per month base salary / $35-55k USD per annum + Benefits.
