Export Operations Executive, BSS–Dammam, KSA

The role holder will be responsible for providing documentation assistance to customers utilising the ocean shipments services. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer queries, checking all documentation, following up on undelivered containers, arranging the recovery of charges, and ensuring other related activities are being completed efficiently.

Your profile:

• A diploma in business administration, supply chain, logistics, commerce, or any other relevant field is a minimum requirement.
• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in handling operational activities in shipping/maritime/logistics/supply chain sector.

Years of Experience and Other Skills:

• Basic knowledge of customs laws, export laws, and regulations.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is a compulsory prerequisite. Arabic is an added advantage.
• PC literate with basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Customer oriented.

The place of work is in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
