The Jazan IGCC is the world’s largest IGCC and ASU facility producing 2100 MMSCFD syngas, 18,000 MT/Day Oxygen and 4 Gigawatts of power. Facilities and assets include residue gasification, acid gas clean up (Rectisol), soot ash recovery, Sulphur recovery (Claus & Scot), combined cycle power plants, materials handling systems, hydrogen recovery, air separation, water utilities systems and wastewater treatment facilities.

The Role: Expeditor

As an Expeditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials, goods, and information throughout our organization's supply chain. You will be responsible for monitoring and expediting orders, coordinating with suppliers, and collaborating with various internal departments to meet production schedules and customer delivery requirements. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to maintaining optimal inventory levels and supporting the timely execution of projects and customer orders.

Requirements Of The Role

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
2. Proven experience in supply chain coordination, expediting, or logistics.
3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
5. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in monitoring and reporting.
6. Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
7. Problem-solving ability to address supply chain challenges and find effective solutions.
8. Proficiency in using supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
10. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
