Job description

Executive Secretary for a manager for a major company at Dammam, KSA

Responsibilities

  1. Maintain agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, etc.
  2. Receive calls and handle all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.)
  3. Make travel arrangements and prepare payments
  4. Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  5. Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree
  2. Experience in secretarial work not less than 5 years as a secretary for a Manager in a major company
  3. Fluent English
  4. Proficiency in using Office programs (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Paint)
  5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  6. Communication and negotiation abilities
