Responsible for the development and achievement of sales targets.
Shooting category-wise target.
Timely collection of payment.
Monitoring competitor’s activities.
Motivating salesmen and merchandisers to get maximum out of them.
Negotiating & closing promotions/special activities with the customer.
Outlet wise target plan.
Payment collection with proper follow-up finance & salesman.
Planning and executing secondary activations/national promotions.
Planning extra outlet promotions.
Proper utilization of VGR budget and implementation of tactical activations.
Provide monthly task plan to sales and ensure ROI for doing business.
Sales growth plan and ensuring all SKU’s distribution across the entire outlets.
Train salesmen and merchandisers for maximum efficiency.

Work Experience Requirement
1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role in the assigned market with management of MT (KA) experience.
3 to 5 years’ experience in FMCG, preferably dealing with food products sales.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in business or management-related field.
MBA degree in business or management-related field.
