The Executive Assistant to the Director of Human Resources will provide high-level administrative support to the Director and ensure the efficient operation of the HR department. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Strategic Support: Assist the Director of HR in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Employee Relations: Support the Director in managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts. Participate in disciplinary and termination processes as needed.
  3. Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with the Director to manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
  4. Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, including performance reviews, feedback sessions, and employee development plans.
  5. Policy Development: Help create, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
  6. Compensation and Benefits: Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs. Assist in conducting salary surveys and benchmarking exercises.
  7. Training and Development: Coordinate and assist in the planning and delivery of training programs and development initiatives for employees.
  8. HR Metrics and Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
  9. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Assist in conducting HR audits and implementing necessary changes.
