Excavator Operator

We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in Mecca. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining excavating machinery to perform a variety of tasks, such as digging trenches, loading and unloading materials, and clearing debris. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an excavator operator and possess a valid operator's license. You must also have strong attention to detail, be physically fit, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate excavating equipment according to safety guidelines and company standards
2. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
3. Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
4. Dig trenches, level ground, and load/unload materials as required
5. Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks effectively
6. Adhere to project timelines and meet production goals
7. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required
2. Valid operator's license for excavating machinery
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an excavator operator in a construction setting
4. Physical ability to lift heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
