Job Responsibilities:

1. 5-10 years of relevant experience
2. Proven experience in road and infrastructure in addition to asphalt works in UAE
3. Familiar with the construction methodology, process & sequence of work
4. Determining key variables for cost and other estimates
5. Good relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers etc.)
6. Excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset
7. Gather first-hand information from sites and market
8. Conduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production, etc.
9. Obtain and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors
10. Perform risk analysis
11. Familiarity with financial and project management principles
12. Proficient in relevant software (CAD and CANDY or similar software)
13. Knowledge of contracts
