Our client, a US-based company specializing in architectural solutions, is seeking a skilled Estimator to join their team and collaborate closely with the Preconstruction Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing construction documents, generating material take-offs, and soliciting pricing from suppliers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work with the Preconstruction Manager on estimating projects.
2. Review and analyze architectural plans and specifications.
3. Identify discrepancies in construction documents.
4. Generate scope documents for clients.
5. Use Bluebeam and Excel for material take-offs and pricing.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Bluebeam and Excel.
• Strong understanding of construction plans and specifications.
