Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Supplier Management:

• Identify and evaluate new prospects, suppliers, and subcontractors to expand the company's network.
• Conduct site visits to assess potential partnerships and ensure alignment with project requirements.

• Analyze project specifications, technical documents, and contractual terms to ensure compliance and feasibility.
• Define resource requirements and prepare detailed technical submissions for tenders.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules and timelines to ensure efficient execution.
• Liaise with subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and monitor market trends.
• Ensure the timely and accurate submission of bids, adhering to all deadlines and requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in a tendering department, with a strong track record in bid preparation, cost estimation, and contract management.
