Job Purpose:
The Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices. The HSE Manager will lead initiatives to identify and mitigate risks, promote HSE awareness, and enhance the company's overall safety culture.

Key Accountabilities:
- Identify and evaluate environmental aspects and impacts associated with company operations.
- Develop and implement measures to mitigate negative impacts.
- Identify workplace hazards and assess HSE risks.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize risks.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and customer HSE requirements.
- Manage restricted license controls to ensure adherence to obligations.
- Set HSE objectives and targets aligned with company goals.
- Develop and launch HSE improvement programs to achieve set objectives.
- Promote HSE awareness through training and educational programs.
- Build the capacity of employees to recognize and address HSE issues.
- Facilitate effective communication and consultation on HSE matters.
