Entry-level Data Entry Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking committed individuals to join our team as Full-Time or Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately enter and maintain data within our systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong typing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in focus groups, clinical trials, and market research studies, either remotely or in person.


Key Responsibilities
  • Follow both written and spoken instructions to engage in discussions.
  • Complete assigned tasks and surveys for each panel.
  • Test products and services, then provide your feedback.
  • Accurately input data from various sources into our databases.
  • Regularly review data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and documents efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to meet deadlines.
  • Adhere to company guidelines for data entry and management.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements
  • A smartphone with a camera or a computer equipped with a webcam.
  • A dependable high-speed internet connection.
  • Proficiency in comprehending and following both spoken and written instructions.
  • Experience in data entry is advantageous but not required.
  • Excellent typing skills and familiarity with data entry software.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry are preferred.
  • Comfort with remote work, including access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Qualifications
