Enterprise Risk Management Specialist

We are a semi-government organization looking for a competent, detail-oriented, and organized Enterprise Risk Management Specialist to Implement the risk management framework and collaborate with other departments to monitor risk management activities by raising awareness about risk management and supporting the development and definition of risk tolerance statements. Assist risk owners in assessing and addressing risks across all levels.

Roles and Responsibilites:

1. Document risks in the risk register with sufficient detail to support subsequent analysis, evaluation, and management.
2. Prepare risk management processes at all levels, including risk registers, treatment strategies, and reporting mechanisms.
3. Monitor risk registers escalated by objective owners, Vision Realization Offices, and initiative owners into a unified program risk register.
4. Develop program-level risk management processes, including risk registers, treatment strategies, and reporting mechanisms.
5. Manage risk assessment and treatment processes by collaborating with the executive team.
6. Promote risk management awareness through various channels.
7. Address risks and obstacles related to strategic objectives assigned to project portfolios by updating implementation plans in coordination with relevant entities, and following approved policies and governance procedures as needed.
8. Participate in achieving quality objectives and continuous improvement.
9. Relay stakeholder-related feedback to relevant departments within the organization.
10. Contribute to developing, documenting, and disseminating knowledge within the organization.

Skills and experience:

• BSc degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Proven 3+ years of previous experience.
• Strong computer and writing skills; knowledge of presentation software is a must.
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
