Enterprise Infrastructure Leader

As an Enterprise Infrastructure Leader, you will oversee and direct the entire infrastructure landscape within our organization, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and reliably. Your role is crucial for aligning infrastructure strategies with business objectives, optimizing performance, and supporting innovation. Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, health sciences, or an equivalent field.
2. Over 10 years of experience in delivering enterprise infrastructure services and managing an enterprise infrastructure office, with a strong grasp of healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and regulatory requirements, along with expertise in aligning technology with organizational objectives.
3. Strong knowledge of network architecture, design, and implementation.
4. Experience with cloud technologies and services.
5. Proficient in project management methodologies.
6. Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop solutions.
7. Familiarity with IT security practices and compliance measures.
8. Demonstrated experience in budget management and cost control.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
11. Certifications in IT infrastructure (e.g., CISSP, PMP, CCNA) are a plus.
