Position Summary

The Enrollments Manager will be responsible for managing and tracking enrollments across all schools under The Company. He will collaborate closely with Heads of Admissions at each school to ensure that enrollment pipelines are on track to meet set targets. This role involves regular check-ins with school teams, identifying optimization strategies, and implementing various enrollment initiatives. Additionally, the Enrollments Manager will leverage CRM tools and data analytics to monitor enrollment trends and provide status updates to senior management. They will also work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure a steady and well-maintained enrollment pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enrollment Pipeline Management:
   • Oversee and manage the enrollment pipeline for all schools under The Company.
   • Ensure that each school’s enrollment targets are met by monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement.
   • Conduct regular check-ins with Heads of Admissions to assess progress and strategize on enrollment optimization.
   • Develop and implement the best practices for improving lead conversion rates.
2. Strategy & Optimization:
   • Work closely with school teams to develop and execute tailored enrollment strategies.
   • Identify trends and challenges in enrollment processes and propose effective solutions.
   • Analyze data to refine and enhance recruitment and conversion tactics.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the student enrollment experience.
3. CRM & Data Analytics:
   • Manage and optimize the CRM system to track leads, conversions, and enrollment progress.
   • Utilize data analytics to generate insights and reports on enrollment trends and performance.
   • Provide regular reports and status updates to senior management.
   • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system.
4. Collaboration with Marketing:
   • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure effective lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
   • Align marketing strategies with enrollment goals to maximize student acquisition.
   • Support marketing efforts by providing data-driven insights on campaign performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in enrollment management, admissions, sales or a related field.
3. Strong understanding of CRM systems and data analytics.
4. Proven ability to develop and implement enrollment strategies.
5. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and locations.
7. Experience in the education sector is a plus.
8. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
