English Trainer- Online (Tamheer)

• Online teachers assign homework, special projects, and reading assignments to students.
• Online teachers encourage student participation and lead student discussions to keep them active and engaged in learning online activities using digital tools.
• Online teachers provide feedback to students and assign grades to their assignments, including auto-grading.
• Online teachers assess and monitor individual student performance to ensure students are keeping up with the curriculum and not falling behind the rest of the class.
• Online teachers track student attendance to online classes and report absenteeism.
• Involve in delivering live sessions online to a large group of students (25 to 200+) and are expected to prepare well in advance for the sessions.
• Expected to keep the sessions interactive, exciting, and engaging.
• Expected to conduct live webinars or simulated (recorded webinars) for promoting relevant courses to the students.
• Responsible for working and improving existing content (Classira, tests, assignments) wherever required.
• Coordinate with internal content development and academic teams.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the respective reporting manager.

Skills
