Summary:
Leading the Engineering support team to provide high-level assistance to our customer. The team will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems related to command and control, vision and monitoring, and communication and navigation systems. Also, provide supervision and guidance to MRO maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Engineering Support Manager, you will oversee the resolution of configuration, implementation, and integration issues related to systems and software. You will lead regular reviews and analyses of technical issues to identify patterns of frequent breakdowns, and provide recommendations for necessary maintenance, repairs, or redesigns that will enhance system sustainability. Additionally, you will manage the configuration management process, ensuring that engineering changes are consistent across updates and validating the configuration to maintain system integrity.
