Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, identifying project scope, timelines, and resources required
  • Assign and manage resources, including ServiceNow consultants, to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal team members, to provide project status updates and ensure their needs are being met
  • Oversee the use of strategic solutions and offerings by the business development community. Participate in solution selling activities to ensure that marketing plans align with sales and launch plans
  • Assist management in researching existing business environment including trends, best practices and company preferred architectural frameworks and alliances to ensure that company services match business trends
  • Facilitate reduced risks to client and company; participate in solution business plan creation; assist in preparing financial models to ensure that client interests are met and potential business opportunities are established. Support client activities to eliminate gaps or inconsistencies in the initial solution, architectural design, deliverables, benefits and messaging
  • Interface and participate in business development discussions across cross-functional teams and internal and external executive management to ensure consistency in solution development and implementation
  • Identify business requirements; evaluate concepts such as market timing, compelling events and problem identification to ensure that delivered solutions meet both short- and long-term company and client business performance expectations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology or related field preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • Experience managing ServiceNow projects, including project planning, resource management, risk management, and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks
  • ServiceNow certification in various areas such as ServiceNow Administration, IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, or Custom Application Development is desirable

  • Willingness to travel
