Endpoint Security Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Endpoint Security Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting endpoint management solutions, with a focus on security, patch management, and endpoint protection. If you have hands-on experience with endpoint security systems, including Windows Server, Linux, and SIEM, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Minimum Experience in relevant domain for at least 2 Years
2. Designing, implementing, and troubleshooting of endpoint management solutions (EPP, Security Patch Management).
3. System administration and analytics for Endpoint security related systems.
4. Monitoring endpoint appliance logs and email alerts for activities such as malware, viruses, Trojans, threats, and risks.
5. Analyzing and escalating any malicious activity which is red-flagged by Endpoint protection software.
6. Roll-out application patches to fix vulnerabilities.
7. Different Agent Deployment Techniques.
8. Troubleshoot issues dealing with IT services on the care of Level II support.
9. Implement and enforce security procedures to ensure the Company’s data is secure and accessed by only those that need access to it.
10. Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory.
11. Experience with SIEM Integrations, IPS/IDS, Endpoint antivirus solutions.
12. Thorough familiarity with Different Flavors of Linux.
13. Having experience with Endpoint Security related to Windows Servers, Linux, Exchange Server, DB, and Application Servers.
14. Hands-on Experience on Patch management Solution.
15. Good Understanding of studying and Analyzing CVEs.
16. Performing basic health check of all the management servers.
17. Backup restore of updated Endpoint Security policy/configuration.
18. Apply the hardened security baselines in accordance to approved policy and standards on and align with Information security program and business objectives.
19. Ensure optimal operation of all endpoints security solutions.
20. Provide performance and security statistics reports in daily, weekly, or monthly frequency or when needed.
21. Perform frequent checks and preventative maintenance to endpoint system security.
22. Knowledge of APT and new threats techniques.
23. Incident investigation and response skill set to new viruses and malwares.
24. Knowledge of networking fundamentals e.g. TCP/IP, Network Devices.
25. Knowledge of malware analysis, operation and indicators.
26. Maintaining the signature update status on endpoints to recommended Security configuration baseline.
27. Ability to handle multiple projects and customers.
28. Understanding of MSP business processes (e.g. service level agreements, hand off from engineering to operations, support requests).
29. Serve as the primary point of contact for monitoring, owning, addressing user requests, questions, and incidents.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years experience.
2. Travelling Across Kingdom.
3. Work Experience in an MSP Environment is preferred.
4. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering.
5. Professional Certification in Endpoint Management Vendors (MCSE, TrendMicro, etc.).
6. Experience working in a medium enterprise organization and dynamic environment.
