The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah, steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.

The Role of Employee Housing Manager:
We currently have an opportunity for an Employee Housing Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team! Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and administration of employee housing facilities provided by the organization.
You will be responsible for ensuring safe, comfortable, and efficient housing solutions for employees, managing occupancy, maintenance, and compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster a positive living environment for employees.
Our Ideal Employee Housing Manager candidate will have:
You will have a special talent for ensuring our employees feel at home and receive the highest levels of service excellence, have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong business acumen, a passion for service, and an exceptional eye for detail. Along with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
