MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate advanced clinical skills in Emergency Medicine.
• Manage complex medical cases independently.
• Provide leadership in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents.
• Contribute to the training and development of medical teams.
• Collaborate closely with consultants and specialists in multidisciplinary teams.
• Offer expert consultations on challenging medical cases.
• Engage in clinical research activities.
• Contribute to academic programs, teaching, and training initiatives.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Implement and adhere to evidence-based medical practices.
• Assume leadership responsibilities within the medical department.
• Contribute to decision-making processes related to patient care and departmental policies.
• Pursue continuous professional development and stay abreast of advancements in the medical field.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
• Completion of required training in Emergency Medicine.
• Board certification in the relevant medical ER is typically required or equivalent, fulfilling the criteria for Senior Registrar as required (Arab, Jordanian, Lebanese, Egyptian MD, Master's MRCEM, FRCEM).
• A certificate recognized by the Saudi Commission is a must.
• Dataflow is a must.

Professional Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of experience after certification.
• A registered member of the Saudi Board Council is preferable.

Language:

• Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
