Seeking a dedicated and passionate Homeroom Teacher to join our international team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and pastoral care to a class of students in the early years or primary section. The Homeroom Teacher plays a central role in supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development within a nurturing, inclusive, and culturally respectful learning environment.

Teaching & Learning:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in core subjects (English, Maths, Science, Global Perspectives) according to the school’s curriculum.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners, including EAL students.
Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor progress and inform instruction.
Integrate technology and active learning strategies into daily teaching.
Maintain a well-organized, stimulating, and student-centered classroom environment.
Pastoral Care & Classroom Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents regarding day-to-day academic and behavioral matters.
Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes respect, collaboration, and responsibility.
Monitor student wellbeing and provide support or referrals when necessary.
Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, grades, and incident reports.
Specific qualifications required for this role:
Teaching Credential/License
TESL/TEFL Diploma Level
Other Certification
Additional requirements for this role:
Have experience in British curriculum - Cambridge
Have a bachelor’s degree in education, QTS, and PGCE
Experience not less than 5 - 7 years
Having previous experience in KSA or GCC countries is a plus
Flexible to work abroad and adapt to a new environment
