Electrical Technician lead

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical equipment such as relays, transformers, switchgear, and wiring.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty electrical systems using diagnostic skills and technical knowledge.
• Conduct regular inspections of substations to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex electrical issues affecting plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during all work activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Tech/B.E. (Electrical) degree from a recognized institution.
• 3-7 years of experience in an industrial setting or similar environment.
• Diploma in Electrical or equivalent qualification required.
• Strong understanding of 33kV, 11kV, HT panels, relay testing, substation operation & maintenance principles.
