Electrical Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, fixtures, lighting, power outlets, panels, motors, and medical equipment.
• Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on electrical systems, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Assist in planning and executing electrical projects, collaborating with contractors and engineers.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including maintenance logs and inspection reports.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in MV/LV repair and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Skilled in using electrical testing equipment and general repair tools.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing various electrical systems and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated reliability and responsibility in previous roles.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the electrical field.
• Valid electrical technician license (if required in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia).
