Electrical Site Engineer - "Substation"

Responsibilities

1. Supervises the installation of Electrical Substation projects and all MEP activities.
2. Timely completion of site installation activities up to provisional acceptance.
3. Quality completion of site activities.
4. Avoidance of site accidents by proper implementation of the company’s HSE standards.
5. Conducts site survey and testing for all Substation projects.
6. Supervises the activities of the installation subcontractor.
7. Coordinates site activities with the end user representatives.
8. Manages the transportation of the installation tools and team from/to site.
9. Ensures the implementation of the company’s HSE standards.
10. Supervises the construction activities in all disciplines until hand-over.
11. Prepares Project Progress Reports and time sheets and submits them to the project manager and construction manager.
12. Prepares descriptive technical reports on any occurring problems.
13. Follows up work progress with site teams, up to handing over to the end user.
14. Prepares the site survey report and ensures report submission to the construction manager/project manager.
15. Supervises the testing activities on site.
16. Prepares Daily Allocation Schedule and supervises the works.
17. Develops maintenance plans for site tools and machines.
18. Assigns appropriate site teams for the activities.
