Key Responsibilities

1. To keep up our company assets and take responsibility for preserving the good condition and functionality of premises.
2. Responsible for the closure of all corrective/preventive actions raised during the shift under supervision.
3. Sustain and continually improve the operational performance and reliability of the plant equipment and utilities.
4. Execute all electrical activities across the factory while abiding by safety, quality, and food safety policies, instructions, and regulations.
5. Support and cover the planning part during the shift.
6. Monitor and lead spares consumption and improvement projects in the area under supervision.
7. Act as the first escalation point for production breakdowns, reacting in a timely and quality manner.
8. Play a vital role in training and onboarding new technicians.
9. Implement all specific safety standards related to the area as per the direction from the Safety Team.
10. Responsible for executing and documenting all activities of the Plant Maintenance Master Plan and daily shift activities.
11. Responsible for updating site master spare parts data against new equipment and projects.
12. Ensure high levels of technical communication and handover between production and maintenance teams.
13. Support site projects team during installation and commissioning phases for any new project.
14. Responsible for implementing a safe environment for both equipment and associates and ensuring 100% closure for all safety near misses.
15. Trigger and supply technical solutions for any chronic issues.
16. Train other shop floor team members on minor breakdown troubleshooting for all equipment.
17. Participate in all SES (SIG Excellence System) programs and initiatives.
