Electrical Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support for facility management operation.
2. Conduct engineering analyses and assessments.
3. Assist in the management of operation projects, including planning and execution.
4. Manage the inspection and maintenance of building fabric and assets to standards and coordinate maintenance activities effectively.
5. Coordinate major maintenance and repairs as required for civil, electrical, and mechanical systems, HVAC, medium and low voltage systems, generators, etc., and investigate and diagnose faults.
6. Manage the FM service providers on site by following the operation SLA and KPI's.
7. Assure that safety, assurance, compliance, performance, and sustainability standards and business processes are followed.
8. Manage maintenance stakeholders and operation aspects and FM resources in respect to building facilities.
9. Ensure compliance with safety, sustainability standards and business processes.
10. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: 3700 SR + 300 SR for Food + Accommodation & Transportation
