Job description

Responsibilities

Develop electrical system designs, schematics, and layouts using CAD software.
Specify and select electrical components and materials based on project requirements.
Conduct simulations and tests to validate system performance and efficiency.
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective execution.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in existing electrical systems and equipment.
Perform routine inspections and recommend preventive maintenance strategies
Ensure all electrical designs and installations comply with local and international standards, codes, and regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety protocols during projects.
Work closely with mechanical engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Prepare detailed documentation, including technical reports, specifications, and user manuals.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in electrical engineering.
Implement energy-efficient and sustainable solutions in system designs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of experience
Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
