Electrical Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components to ensure they meet specific requirements and industry standards. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop electrical schematics, circuit designs, and layouts for various projects, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
• Conduct testing and validation of electrical systems and components to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Manage projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
• Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to ensure integrated system design.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
• Identify and resolve electrical issues in systems and components, providing technical support to production and maintenance teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate new technologies into designs and improve existing systems.
• Ensure all designs and implementations comply with industry regulations and safety standards.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, circuit design, and simulation software (e.g., MATLAB, SPICE).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate complex systems and develop effective solutions.
• Meticulous attention to detail in design and testing to ensure quality and reliability in electrical systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Innovative thinking to develop new solutions and improve existing electrical designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in electrical engineering or a similar role.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or in progress.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
