Industry: Candidate Must be from Switchgear Manufacturing Industry

Job Overview: Utilizing electrical engineering experience to design and develop switchgear solutions for a range of applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop electrical schematics, select appropriate switchgear components, and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders, offering expertise in switchgear application design and troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities:

Product Design and Improvement:

1. Perform various engineering tasks involving analysis, design, development, and assembly based on instructions, drawings, proposals, specifications, and other pertinent information.
2. Design and develop engineering documentation and control activities for electrical schematics, drawings, BOMs, instruction sheets, and technical data sheet creation and modification, specifying appropriate switchgear components based on project requirements.
3. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
4. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams to support project execution.
5. Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders on switchgear applications.
6. Participate in product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in switchgear application design.

Improve HSE Culture:

1. Inform the team of preferred occupational health and safety practices.
2. Implement relevant emergency response procedures during emergency situations.

Documentation:

1. Accurately complete all necessary documentation for regulatory compliance.

Necessary Knowledge and Experience:

1. 3-5 years of experience with medium voltage switchgear design, installation, and use.
2. Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Education and Certification Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Design.
