The role is responsible for overseeing and managing all creative projects within the company, ensuring they align with the brand's vision and objectives. This role involves leading a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals. He/she will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative and impactful marketing campaigns across various channels.
Responsibilities
Create designs and visual hierarchy systems, establish the design language, and execute design direction, visual assets, and presentation materials.
Oversee design and production of daily and weekly assets by product type.
Meet marketing objectives and strategies and adhere to tight deadlines.
Collaborate with production to plan outside production shoots, including location, models, story-boards, and writing of copy.
Develop effective use of graphics deployment to maximize effectiveness.
Review creative briefs for incoming jobs and develop creative direction in a collaborative effort based on the job request/requirements.
Organize and maintain a heavy workload in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Work with the manager of Creative Services to establish brand/event direction then manage the process through the asset creation.
Establish clean creative concepts for ShopHQ that are consistent with the brand and customer focus.
Manage expectations for product photography and other assets used on many channels.
Estimate and manage time accurately and independently; maintain project deadlines and budget.
Manage the creative process from concept through execution to implementation.
Enforce, incorporate, and comply with all necessary controls and related information security (EIS) policies, procedures, practices, training, reporting, personal due diligence, and vigilance, within departmental/unit activities and operations.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Communications.
Years & Nature of Experience
5 to 7 years of equivalent experience where required competencies and experience have been demonstrated of applied design experience; management experience is a plus.
A specialist individual contributor or a team lead who has managed and delivered projects.
Team or technical supervision skills.
Demonstrated expertise and experience with complex technical activities.
Experience working with more senior staff and dealing with complex issues, larger clients, accounts, projects, or internal relationships.
An expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma with Photography and Illustration skills.
A strong portfolio with excellent graphic design skills (layout, typography, color).
Working knowledge of Motion Graphics and Interaction Design as well as past program management in Asana is a plus.
Hands-on experience with visual asset development such as iconography, typography, color, web layout design, illustrations, print production, image selection, compositing, Keyframes, and infographics.
Fair knowledge of Video production and animation.
Proficient in visual designing tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and wire-framing tools.
