Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Architect and QS Specialist with at least 10 years of experience in architectural shop drawings and quantity surveying, particularly in finishing works. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of finishing details for both interiors and exteriors and be skilled in producing precise shop drawings and accurate quantity surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review architectural shop drawings, with a focus on detailed finishing for interiors and exteriors.
• Conduct quantity surveys to provide accurate material estimates and cost projections.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure all designs meet construction standards and specifications.
• Ensure compliance of drawings and documents with regulatory and project requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on finishing materials, detailing, and construction methods.
• Manage revisions to shop drawings based on project changes or client feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural shop drawings and quantity surveying, specifically in finishing work.
• Proficiency in CAD software and quantity surveying tools.
• Strong knowledge of finishing details for interior and exterior applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
