Senior Civil & Infra Engineer

JASARA PMC is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Civil & Infra Engineer to join our esteemed team. As a leading program management company dedicated to excellence in social infrastructure development, JASARA PMC plays a pivotal role in delivering projects that enhance communities across Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

1. Manages and is responsible for the Civil and Infrastructure Design Discipline.
2. Oversees the implementation and management of value engineering processes.
3. Lead the oversight of the overall design and engineering activities on all F&E projects.
4. Responsible for design delivery for all design stages (30%, 60%, 90%) for projects designed ‘in-house’ including specifications, in accordance with approved design guidelines and standards.
5. Manages the design-based activities for ‘outsourced’ design packages, including design reviews and technical approvals as required whilst ensuring adherence to regulations and design guidelines.
6. Ensure that engineering and design learnings are shared and implemented across all projects.
7. Provide a technical assurance role for all internal and outsourced design deliverables.

Education

1. Bachelors/ Masters/ PhD in Civil engineering or equivalent

1. 7+ years experience managing Civil Engineering design projects
