We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the execution of construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, extensive project execution experience, and a proven track record in managing construction sites, particularly in STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) projects.

Your new role, what's involved?

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality control protocols.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Lead and mentor site teams, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration among different departments.
• Review project documents, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, progress reports, and compliance records.
• Address any technical challenges and provide expert guidance to the execution team.

Skills

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or related field).
• Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project execution.
• At least 10 years of experience working with a consultant organization in project execution, preferably on construction sites within the last decade.
• Proven experience in executing at least one STP project (preferably within the last 5 years).
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and execution strategies.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and quality assurance practices.
