Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of project plans.
  2. Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information.
  3. Act as a liaison between project stakeholders and team members.
  4. Monitor project progress and provide updates to management.
  5. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and meeting minutes.
  6. Assist in managing project budgets and timelines.
  7. Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.
  8. Address project-related issues and escalate as necessary.
  9. Support the project manager in organizing project meetings and events.

Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  2. Previous experience in project coordination or management is preferred.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
