Marketing
• Manage the production of all marketing collaterals (Brochures and catalogues, POS, digital assets, environmental branding, packaging, etc) to ensure brand guideline compliancy and delivery to brief and budget.
• Liaise with all franchises and outer market managers to design and distribution of the marketing collaterals and ensure full compliancy to brand standards.
• Manage all photo assets – from archiving existing images to managing new shoots, both internal and third party.
• Oversee the packaging development process in collaboration with the Creative Director and Production Assistant.
Digital, incl. Social Media
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of digital marketing activity plans; suggest social media strategies and schedules in response to market trends and competitor activity, and provide ongoing, timely support for Bateel social media efforts.
• Efficiently manage all email and SMS communications activity, including asset creation and stakeholder sign off, campaign execution and reporting on a campaign by campaign basis.
• Assist in the ongoing maintenance and optimisation of the Corporate and ecommerce website; editing images, graphics and uploading or editing content. Efficiently manage online product catalogue.
• Monitor Café customer reviews across leading Review platforms – i.e. TripAdvisor, Zomato, Four Square, Google+.
PR & Events
• Day to day liaison with the PR agency, providing briefs and imagery to facilitate each month’s PR strategy, and proofreading all proposed releases before final sign off.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with key media to maximise all editorial opportunities.
• Regularly liaise with all mall marketing and PR contacts to ensure monthly coverage using our own Brand content as a minimum.
• Manage influencer marketing initiatives and collaborations across all active markets.
• Manage the timely handling of the media and influencer gifting process including sourcing, costing, handling and delivery.
Administration
• Manage Bateel’s online assets library for all brands, ensuring all images are up-to-date and ready to be shared with all parties.
• Safeguard Bateel brand standards online and offline in all markets (including our Franchise network).
• Manage the LPO and invoicing process – from initial request to final reporting communicated by a monthly budget report.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of various monthly reporting by Marketing Execs team.
