You'll manage your Supplier's portfolio to ensure the timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of goods, directly impacting Alstom's operational success. Day-to-day, you ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Procurement, Logistics, and Quality Management), express delivery needs to suppliers and contribute to the governance of the Supplier's delivery performances, and much more. We ll look to you for:
Monitoring and managing Internal and/or External suppliers to meet Alstom's delivery schedules.
Ensuring the accuracy of goods delivered in terms of quantity, specifications, and quality.
Communicating effectively with suppliers to convey delivery needs and expectations.
Participating in the evaluation and governance of Supplier's delivery performances.
Implementing action plans aimed at performance improvement and proactive risk management.
Collaborating closely with the Procurement team to align contractual agreements with ERP system entries.
Analyzing supply chain data to anticipate potential disruptions or delays.
Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain process.
Maintaining a strong understanding of the supply market and trends to inform planning strategies.
Contributing to cross-departmental projects and teams to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience or understanding of materials planning and supply chain processes in a manufacturing or production environment.
Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and their application in supply chain management.
Familiarity with supplier relationship management and performance evaluation techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively express delivery needs and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
Proven problem-solving skills to contribute to risk management strategies.
