Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary: The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the IT infrastructure and security implementation for our healthcare organization. This role focuses on ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems, with a primary focus on laboratory services as a reference lab, and secondary specializations in primary care, home healthcare, and telehealth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Management:
   Design, implement, and manage the organization's IT infrastructure.
   Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems.
   Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of IT infrastructure components.
2. Security Implementation:
   Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
   Monitor and manage security systems to protect data and network integrity.
   Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
3. Project Management:
   Lead IT projects related to infrastructure and security enhancements.
   Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
   Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
4. Team Leadership:
   Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals.
   Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
   Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
5. Healthcare IT Specialization:
   Ensure IT systems support laboratory services, primary care, home healthcare, and telehealth operations.
   Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to understand and address their IT needs.
   Implement and maintain healthcare-specific IT solutions.
6. Compliance and Standards:
   Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA).
   Develop and maintain documentation for IT policies and procedures.
   Stay updated on the latest healthcare IT trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Extensive experience in IT infrastructure management and security implementation.
3. Proven track record in managing IT projects in a healthcare setting.
4. Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems, including laboratory services, primary care, home healthcare, and telehealth.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNB, MCSA, CISSP, CISM, PMP) are a plus.
