Mechanical QC Inspector

CPECC is hiring skilled and experienced Saudi Nationals who are Aramco-approved QC Inspector (Mechanical/Welding) to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections of mechanical equipment, piping, structural steel, and welding activities to verify compliance with Saudi Aramco standards.
• Conduct visual inspections, dimensional checks, NDT.
• Witness and verify welding procedures and welder qualifications.
• Review material test certificates (MTCs) and other quality documentation.
• Prepare inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and other quality-related documentation.
• Monitor and control the quality of welding consumables.
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of all inspections, tests, and quality-related activities.
• Ensure that all measuring and test equipment is calibrated and maintained.

Skills

Qualification & Experience :

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• (Aramco Approved) - CBT Pass
• Minimum of 5 years' of experience as QC Inspector on Aramco’s Projects.
• Good English communication skills
