Key Responsibilities :

1. Assist the EHS Manager in developing and implementing EHS policies and procedures.
2. Lead SIG Excellence System (SES) implementation through the EHS pillar and be part of the excellence journey.
3. Lead Behavior Based Safety (BBS) program to improve workers safety culture.
4. Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and Saudi regulations.
5. Deliver EHS training programs for employees, focusing on safe work practices, emergency procedures, and environmental impact reduction.
6. Lead initial investigations into workplace incidents, accidents, or environmental spills, and report findings and assist in implementing preventive measures based on investigation outcomes.
7. Support risk assessment activities by identifying potential workplace hazards and assisting in the development of risk mitigation strategies.
8. Participate in the development and promotion of sustainability projects, such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and resource conservation.
9. Support on developing and implementing required EHS OpEx & CapEx Projects and report progress & follow-up for completion.
10. Assist in the creation and coordination of emergency response plans and conduct regular drills and ensure the availability and maintenance of safety equipment and first aid resources.

You bring these skills, experience & education:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in EHS roles, with a proven track record of safety program implementation.
3. Certifications: OSHA certification, NEBOSH certification, or equivalent is preferred. Certification such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) is a plus.
4. Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
6. Professional in English language.
7. Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools.
8. Ability to work collaboratively and support cross-departmental initiatives.
9. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
