Clinical Application Specialist Job Responsibilities:
• Sales Support:
Partner with local distributors to promote the ENDOTHERAPY product line and support sales efforts by effectively communicating its value proposition to healthcare professionals. Assist sales teams with the preparation and completion of customer quotes for endoscopy products. Conduct product demonstrations and address technical inquiries from healthcare providers and sales teams.
• Clinical Training & Education:
Provide clinical training to physicians, nurses, and reprocessing staff on the proper use of endoscopy products, ensuring confidence and competence in their application. Develop and deliver customized training programs for distributor sales teams, focusing on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning. Support professional education initiatives by organizing and participating in medical expert training sessions and internal/external courses.
• Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nursing staff, and decision-makers, to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction. Act as a trusted clinical and technical resource for distributors, healthcare providers, and internal teams.
• Product Advocacy & Market Insight:
Represent Company at congresses, workshops, and other events to demonstrate and promote the endoscopy portfolio. Support the clinical evaluation and launch of new products by gathering feedback from healthcare providers and stakeholders. Monitor and analyze competitor products, providing insights to management to refine strategies and tactics. Maintain a database of competitive accounts and stay informed on emerging trends in the gastroenterology field.
Clinical Application Specialist Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Advanced certifications or specialized training in endoscopy is preferred.
• Prior experience in product demonstration, in-service training, or teaching healthcare professionals is preferred.
• Knowledge or experience with endoscopic devices and accessories is a strong advantage.
• Comprehensive understanding of endoscopic accessories, clinical workflows, and practices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey technical and clinical concepts clearly.
• Ability to deliver impactful presentations and training sessions to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to educate and upskill healthcare professionals and sales teams effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with cross-functional teams, distributors, and healthcare providers.
• Fluent in English & Arabic.
• Efficient with standard IT applications such as MS Office, Salesforce, etc.
• Self-organized and the ability to work unsupervised and remotely.
• Willingness to travel within the region for up to 60-70% of work time.
