Job Description:

Imploy is hiring on behalf of a prominent construction company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, plan, and supervise construction projects, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments.
2. Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
3. Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan project requirements.
4. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
5. Prepare detailed project reports and documentation.
6. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
7. Identify and resolve any design or construction issues.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
3. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and construction methods.
4. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera).
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
6. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
