Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for whole sales business operations in Saudi Arabia, including product management, field service, and demand planning.
• Develop local distributors and new markets for various business units in Saudi Arabia.
• Establish and drive processes for distributor agreements negotiation and administration.
• Manage forecast, sales pipeline, business plan setup, profitability levels, and pursue business leads.
• Liaise with key accounts to establish business contacts in promoting KALE business in Saudi Arabia.
• Conduct intensive market visits to identify new business opportunities and increase sales volumes and revenue.
• Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of competitors and report findings.
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs and price schedules.
• Analyze market data and distributor sell-through to study trends and set growth targets for distribution to increase market share.
• Analyze market opportunities.

Skills

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Good leadership qualities to motivate the team.
• At least 3+ years of experience in channel/distributor development, management, and regional direct selling in various industries (such as manufacturing, automation, heavy machinery, construction, and industrial equipment).
• Excellent track record of sales and securing high-value client accounts.
• Articulate with strong interpersonal skills to interface with various parties in a matrix organization.
• Strong ability in restructuring channel/distributor networks and building rapport.
• An independent team player with quick learning ability.
• Experience in Middle Eastern markets and other regional markets is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
