Job Description:

The Main Objective of this role is to translate the technical specification of the products or solution in a straightforward business language to the clients and to generate demands in his specialized solution areas within customer segments with specific approaches.

He/She will be engaged in all technical sales activities, and must have Microsoft Azure-specific knowledge. Any certifications and specializations to back up that knowledge are highly recommended.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating with the sales team to build a winning strategy, whiteboarding with customers and team members.
  2. Building BOMs, Costing Analysis, SOWs, and Visios.
  3. Relaying technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
  4. Developing strategic relationships with Microsoft.
  5. Managing and supporting the pre-sales process in cooperation with the sales team.
  6. Attending initial sales meetings and analyzing client IT needs, answering any technical questions.
  7. Providing strategic technical advice to customers, communicating value-added contributions of MS products and services.
  8. Supporting Proof of Concepts, Architecture Design Sessions, and Strategy/Technology Briefings.
  9. Building proactive GTM approaches for Azure Solutions.
  10. Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue growth.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Designing and implementing Azure solutions that meet customer needs and align with best practices.
  2. Leading the design and implementation of complex cloud solutions.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  4. Conducting architecture assessments and creating roadmaps.
  5. Advising customers on cloud-related topics.
  6. Understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities for Azure solutions.
  7. Staying up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and sharing knowledge.
  8. Preparing demos and POCs for customers.
  9. Developing proposals and presentations that articulate the proposed solution.
  10. Coordinating with Microsoft for opportunities alignment.
  11. Providing continuous support and knowledge transfer to the Sales team.
  12. Completing required training and obtaining relevant product and role certifications.

Qualification (Education/Work Experience):

  1. BA in Information Technology or equivalent.
  2. Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles.
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Infrastructure Technologies.
  4. Minimum 3 years of experience in presales.
  5. Expertise in Azure services, including compute, storage, networking, and security.
  6. Excellent communication skills.
  7. Azure certifications preferred.
  8. Hands-on experience with Azure migration and assessment tools.
