Facility Operation Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
2. Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work based on forecasted workloads.
3. Oversee the efficiency of operational processes.
4. Research methods to enhance maintenance operations and reduce costs.
5. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
6. Supervise and train maintenance technicians.
7. Follow up on all project activities.
8. Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation, etc.).
9. Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
10. Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
11. Proficient in using maintenance software.
