Field Safety Officer (Saudi Nationals)

CPECC Saudi is hiring motivated and talented Saudi Nationals to join our team as Field Safety Officer for Master Gas System Compression Station Project. The work location will be a remote site locations. Company will provide a good compensation package, Accommodation, Food and Transporation.

Work Location:

Gas Compressor Station 1 (Near Shedgum, Eastern Area)

Gas Compressor Station 3 (Near Se'ed, Eastern Area)

Gas Compressor Station 5 (Near Riyadh)

• Implement and enforce the project's HSE plan and procedures in accordance with ARAMCO standards and local regulations.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Develop and deliver safety training and toolbox talks to workers.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor contractor safety performance and provide guidance on HSE matters.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, and incidents.
• Conduct risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
• Promote a positive safety culture on the project site.
• Stop work activities if unsafe conditions are identified.
• Participate in HSE meetings and contribute to the development of safety initiatives.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma
• NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (essential).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in the construction or oil and gas industry
• Experience in working on ARAMCO projects, including familiarity with their safety standards and procedures.
