Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
3. Develop and present customized advertising solutions to clients
4. Negotiate and close sales deals
5. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and media, to deliver effective advertising campaigns

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the advertising or media industry
2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
5. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
