Qualifications
Previous administration and accounting experience within an office environment
Strong communication – fluent in English and Arabic, both verbal and written, with excellent interpersonal skills
Smart and Presentable
Excellent administrative skills
Able to work independently
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to take ownership of problems and act quickly
Good level of computer skills. ( Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Accounts Department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient document management.
Assist the Heads of Department with administrative tasks and support as needed.
Implement and maintain procedures to ensure continuous and effective administrative service.
Process and manage purchase orders, ensuring proper approval for payment, with attached margin sheets and competitive quotations.
Provide cover for reception duties when required, including occasional tasks such as typing and distributing Purchase Orders.
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks related to accounts, including data entry and supporting financial processes.
Help with booking support crew and compiling details for accreditation when required.
Coordinate catering requirements for on-site delivery, ensuring timely and accurate arrangements.
Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies, rules, and procedures in all aspects of the role.
Provide administrative support to the Operations and Logistics teams as needed.
