Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop agricultural equipment and systems to improve farming processes.
2. Plan and oversee irrigation, drainage, and water management systems.
3. Conduct research and analysis on soil and crop management to recommend sustainable practices.
4. Evaluate and optimize the use of fertilizers, pesticides, and other agricultural inputs.
5. Collaborate with farmers and agribusinesses to implement effective agricultural practices.
6. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards in all agricultural projects.
7. Perform cost-benefit analyses of proposed agricultural solutions.
8. Monitor and maintain the performance of agricultural machinery and infrastructure.

Skills: Communication skills, Fluent in English
