Daily operational execution of warehouse activities, including the operation of storage facilities, onsite inventories, and transaction processes required to support operations. Performs a variety of general manual labor tasks in a warehouse environment, lifts and moves materials; loads and unloads vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Possess basic written communication skills.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
Ability to apply concepts of basic math.
Basic PC skills.
Focus on email communication with logistics import/export team for shipment receiving and exporting.
Materials handling, receiving, arranging, and issuing materials to the production line as per the production order requirement.
Materials transaction in SAP for any movement required of inventory control vs. production orders.
Weekly counting of materials to plan the forecast vs. demand.
Stock received material, as well as completed products and assemblies from in-house production.
Inventory cycle count.
Operate forklifts in a safe and responsible manner.
Knowledge about inventory (20% office and 80% physical material handling).
Use Jib crane for moving items weighing around 18 kg; certificate optimal for jib crane is preferred.
Qualifications/Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective gloves and safety glasses.
